The Miranda Canyon Preserve preliminary plat application is the result of five-years of planning - during which time the owners' commissioned intensive hydrogeological, engineering, environmental science, archeological, and traffic studies in order to determine the regulatory and physical constraints and opportunities particular to the property - and in order to
plan for a low-impact residential community in the context of managed conservancy lands.
